Task Description: The International Finance Corporation (“IFC”) has been mandated by the Government of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka (“GoSL”), acting through the Ministry of Finance, Economic Stabilization, and National Policies (“MoF”) and the State-Owned Enterprises Restructuring Unit (“SOERU” or the “Client”) to act as lead transaction advisor in the divestiture of all or part of its shareholding in i) Sri Lanka Telecom PLC; The Lanka Hospital PLC and iii) SriLankan Airlines to reputed investors through a competitive bidding process.
IFC is now looking to recruit a Short-Term Consultant (“STC”) to support the implementation of the three divestitures. The position is expected to be based in Colombo, Sri Lanka and the STC will be based most of his/her time in the SOERU offices.
