Salary: Php 1,195,132.00 per annum net of taxes

Context

Under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Officer (OSU) and the overall supervision of the Chief, Manila Human Resources Operations and Administrative Services (MHRO), the applicant will be responsible for the development of business requirements based on the needs of the organization. The successful candidate will undertake and coordinate related tasks such as gathering information, process analysis, testing results, determining possible risks, suggesting solutions and give training final user as part of the knowledge management for global HR operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Statistics, Information Technology or any Social or administrative sciences field from an accredited academic institution; or
  • Bachelor’s degree in the above fields with minimum two years of relevant professional work experience.

Experience:

  • At least two years working experience in Human Resource Management including designing workflows, SOPs, Manuals, and business process models;
  • Working experience with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) including analysis of needs, translating HR policies and processes into software functionality and troubleshooting issues. Previous work experience with SAP is a distinct advantage;
  • Experience in conducting trainings will be an advantage;
  • Previous work experience in an International Humanitarian Organization, non-government or government institutions/organization with a multi-cultural environment is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio);
  • Working knowledge in ERP environment is an advantage;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent research and analytic skills
  • Attention to details, client-oriented, and capable of problem solving.
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into simple language.
